Blog Hiatus

Due to the sudden and unexpected passing of our beautiful Hailey, our family blog will be on hiatus until further notice.

It's been a little while since my last update, but for good reason. Sean got sick. Then Lexi got sick and missed two days of school. Then Hailey got sick and was almost hospitalized with pneumonia. Then Ava got sick and ended up in Urgent Care with Pink Eye in both eyes. And just when I thought that I'd dodged the bullet...I was down for the count. I had no voice for several days and for those of you who know me well...not being able to talk is pure torture for me!

Anyways, we're all FINALLY well and things are back to normal, so...here's the latest.

AVA'S BABY BLESSING
For those of you who don't know, in our church we have a special blessing on each new baby born. Sean was able to give Ava her blessing and it was beautiful.

Here's the STAR of the show...

Just in case you couldn't get enough of those pictures...

(Don't even get me started.)
Ok...so this one is a little better.
My Knight in Shining Armor
Sean's parents flew in from PA.
My parents flew in from Long Beach.
Both sets of grandparents.

VALENTINE'S DAY

So, I had this cute idea of getting a picture of the three girls in a red, pink, and white shirt. Then I was going to put it in a frame for Sean and the two grandpa's with a border that said, "Will You Be Our Valentine?" I was so excited...until it came time to take the pictures. It was pouring rain and the girls just weren't having it. Here are a few of the best shots...Thanks Kim for your help!!!

I wanted to be Sean's Valentine too!

SOME RANDOM PICS

Lexi and me having fun!
Hailey and me having fun!
My girls and me having fun!
I LOVE this picture of Hailey.
I just took it on a whim. Of course, the best pictures are those unplanned!

Lexi got her teeth cleaned.
Nittany telling Ava the secret to surviving our family.
I loved these couple pictures of Ava, so I had to include them.

After being in the house for several days due to sickness and pouring rain, Hailey saw her bike in the garage and just about melted down.
Mom, "No Hailey, you can't ride your bike today."
Grammies, "Yes Hailey, you can ride your bike...I'll just bring it in the house."
Grammies To The Rescue!!!

Since Ava can't yet speak for herself, I'm not sure if she's crying because she's bummed that the Eagles lost the Superbowl or if she just doesn't share her Dad's same team spirit!!!

Lexi & Hailey in their matching nightgowns.
(Thanks Auntie Christine!)
