Merry Christmas

Sit back, relax, and get ready for a lot of pictures!!!

To Begin...
Hailey has been really sick this past week -
double ear infection, sinus infection, and a cough worse than a smoker of 50 years!
So here she is all snuggled up in my bed like the queen she is.

Auntie Kim came to the rescue and fed her chicken noodle soup.

Ava is finally starting to wake up from her newborn slumber.

BOO!

Christmas Eve

Our family tradition consists of my parents and sister coming over on Christmas Eve and spending the night so they're here in the morning to watch the kids open their presents from Santa!

We also exchange all our family gifts on Christmas Eve so the girls can focus on their gifts from Santa on Christmas morning. So here goes...

Lexi's favorite gift was from her favorite aunt...Auntie Kim!
She told me all she wanted from Auntie Kim was a "Lexi / Auntie Kim Day" where she got to go to the Aquarium and spend the night at Auntie Kim's. So, of course, Auntie Kim was happy to oblige. She even made them special, matching shirts for their special day!

But her All Time Favorite gift was...
chips from Lexi!!!
(No joke, after she opened these, she refused to open any other gifts. All she wanted to do was eat. Oh, and let me add, that one of the packages was already open because she saw me wrapping them and just HAD to have some right then!!)

My favorite gift was a book of pictures Lexi made for me!
It was AWESOME!!!
We also LOVED the special picture and frame Lexi made for us at school!Ava didn't like any of her presents!
(Hopefully Santa will do a better job!)

CHRISTMAS MORNING!

Lexi was literally up at 4:00am!! We were so mean and made her wait until 6:15!

(No joke...it was still dark out when she started opening her presents!)
