Our Family: Disneyland

Sean took a day off work so we could take the kids to Disneyland as a family! Lexi couldn't have been more excited about taking her sister to Disneyland for the first time!!! So I decide to be totally adamant about getting Lexi to bed early the night before so she wouldn't be tired and whiney all day. Well of course, we forgot her well-coveted flower blanket at school and by the time we figured it out, they were closed! So it all began...

Lexi didn't fall asleep until 9:30pm (2 1/2 hours late)
Lexi wakes up at 5:00am (WAY TOO EARLY)
Lexi is tired and therefore has a major meltdown because I went down the stairs before her.
Lexi then has another meltdown because I went upstairs without her.
Sean is feeding Hailey and she's screaming because she wants me.
I'm talking to Kim, who's over in Greece.
Sean tries to hand Hailey to me and the syringe falls out of her G-tube spilling 5 oz. of formula everywhere.
WE GET TO DISNEYLAND (Nothing was stopping us!)
We get to the gate and realize I left the passes in the car. (For those of you who have not been to Disneyland, it literally takes a half hour to get from the car to the gate - tram and all!)
Sean goes back to get the passes.
All I wanted was a family photo! Check out the family photo.
We take Hailey on her first ride ever (Astro Blasters) - Sean picked it.
Hailey screams through the entire ride.
Lexi is just dying to meet Mickey.
We stand in line for 1/2 hour before Hailey decides she's sick of this and hungry.
Hailey melts down hysterically.
I leave to feed her.
There's no where to sit except where everyone is eating. (I was trying to avoid that due to the G-tube and possible change of diaper.)
I feed her a jar of baby food and then start feeding her the formula.
Hailey starts screaming, the syringe falls out of the G-tube (again), formula goes everywhere.
Hailey is then crying so hard she throws up all her baby food.
Hailey is still crying so hard that she craps her diaper all the way through to her stroller.
I was NOT amused.
Finally, (after changing her diaper and clothes and wiping down the entire stroller), we decide to go see the princess show that Lexi really wanted to see.
Hailey FINALLY falls asleep in the stroller.
No strollers allowed and I'm not daring to touch her, so Sean has to sit out with her! (So much for the FAMILY day).
Anyways, we finally came to the conclusion that all this was in some way funny and still ended leaving happy!!! However, it wasn't funny enough to go back there for another 10 years!
